Dulce de Leche Muffin

Leveraging off the popular premium ice cream flavor, we created the world's first Dulce de Leche Muffin.

This is a sinfully rich, smack-your-lips dessert-style muffin, filled with sensual, oozy caramel.

The batter is rich with melted dulce de leche chips and brown sugar. The muffin is topped with more dulce and a luxuriant butter streusel.

If you can stop at one muffin, you don't like dulce de leche!

Hazelnut Brownie Temptation Muffin

We wanted to make a Six-Chocolate Temptation Muffin, but we couldn't cram any more chocolate into this decadent creation! We had to stop at five chocolate components!

The bottom layer, a fudgy, tasty Belgian chocolate brownie base, is topped with a densely dark chocolate layer flavored with two different cocoas, hazelnuts and studded with semi-sweet chocolate chunks. We add a proprietary Hazelnut Chocolate filling between the two layers for extra indulgence!!

Luscious Lemon Indulgence Muffin

Living proof that it's possible to make a memorable muffin that doesn't contain chocolate!

This sweet/tart muffin draws you in like a full-flavored lemon tart. It's filled with a tangy, naturally flavored lemon filling and crowned with a buttery streusel. Tons of shredded coconut and white chocolate chunks give this muffin a tropical feel.

For some consumers, a muffin is just a muffin, meant to be a mid-meal snack with comfort-food qualities. For these consumers, we have developed a line of muffins that do not have functional, nutrient-dense properties but which do have great taste and texture.

Blueberry Buttermilk Muffin

This may be the moistest muffin we make. It has a rich, heavenly finish and every bite contains some fruit as every muffin is more than 12 percent by weight WILD BLUEBERRY.

Tasters exclaim that this muffin "melts in your mouth," likely because of the high buttermilk content. And as you know, buttermilk adds lactic flavor and great texture without adding fat calories – buttermilk has the same fat content as skim milk.

Pomegranate Bran Muffin

We’ve taken the most popular antioxidant fruit – pomegranate – and added it to our naturally healthy bran muffin. The result is a tasty muffin with remarkable antioxidant properties. The Functional ingredient is Pomegranate Extract, which contains 70% Ellagic Acid, one of the most powerful known antioxidants.

EACH 4.5-OUNCE POMEGRANATE MUFFIN HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF POTENT ANTIOXIDANTS AS NEARLY FIVE GLASSES OF PURE POMEGRANATE JUICE!

Zucchini Walnut Muffin

A tremendous muffin with a coffee or a Smoothie; and we should know as we have started to pack this muffin for Starbucks Canada. This classic favorite is more than 12 percent by weight freshly shredded zucchini. For textural counterpoint and taste, we add seven percent by weight FRESH CROP walnuts. The addition of whole-wheat flour gives this muffin a rich, golden appearance – you actually FEEL healthy just looking at it!

Low-Fat Cranberry Lemon

When we set out to make a tasty Low-Fat Cranberry Lemon Muffin, we insisted that more than 14% of each muffin by weight must be REAL cranberries. We don’t take commercial short cuts, using sugar-coated, or oil-sprayed, cranberries, as some commercial bakers might; we use REAL IQF cranberries. And, of course, we apply our technical skills to make a low-fat muffin that has good shelf life AND good taste. Practical. Tasty. Simple.

Tropical Banana (Banana Soy)

This has been Starbucks’ top-selling muffin in eastern Canada for three years running, month in, month out.
Made with soy milk, this tasty muffin is "dairy-free," a nutritional claim that is gaining traction in certain health-driven markets across Canada and the US.

More than 22 percent by weight REAL banana! And the soy milk gives a great boost to one’s daily protein requirements.
