Founders
The founders and active operators of fgf brands, which is the parent company of International Fabulous Flats™ are:
Sam Ajmera, who with his brother, built and operated Canada's leading specialty bread bakery, Dough Delight.

Jim White, a former food writer and consultant/product developer to the food industry.

Sam's two sons, Ojus Ajmera and Tejus Ajmera, run FGF Brands on a daily basis and are responsible, respectively, for all aspects of sales/marketing and for manufacturing/operations.
They are keen, bright entrepreneurs who have helped grow our business dramatically in four years. When we bought the pieces of a broken bakery in 2004, we had one Canadian foodservice client. Period.
With Ojus' and Tejus' dedication and long hours (Tejus often works 24 hours consecutively), we now supply retail and foodservice accounts across North America.
Ojus Ajmera, is our dynamic, MBA-trained, 31-year-old head of sales and marketing. In addition to overseeing the demands of our bakery, Ojus runs his family's rice business, one of the largest, independent, rice-growing producers in the US.
Tejus Ajmera, our highly motivated, 26-year-old head of bakery operations, oversaw the construction of two bakeries over a four-year period. As well, Tejus put into place ALL essential manufacturing practices, which twice earned the bakery the coveted top-rated "Excellent" score from independent, third-party industry appraiser Silliker Labs.
